One of the more common questions people ask when they join is "What should I wear?" While basic workout clothing is acceptable, there are some tips to wearing clothing to get the most out of the workout!
- T-shirts: Preferably something that breathes well, but nothing too loose.
- Shorts: Something comfortable that gives you a good range of motion while not being too loose.
- Shoes: A comfortable pair of shoes that fit snugly and clean, dry socks! We don't want your foot slipping around inside the shoe if we can help it.
- We also recommend compression shorts (spandex) underneath your workout shorts.
You'll notice a lot of references to clothing not being too loose. That's because the sliding of the seat on the monorail is notorious for catching loose clothing and screeching to a halt which is never fun and could also damage the clothing!
